Return and Refund:
If package hasn’t been opened (i.e. undesired gift item), it can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item for full purchase price; shipping cost are non-refundable.Used/opened items:
If package has been opened, item can only be returned if defective. If you feel your product is defective, contact email@example.com for proper diagnosis. If item is found to be defective by the manufacturer, purchaser will have the option of returning the product for full refund, or having the defective piece replaced.
Any defects must be first reported within 10 days of receipt of the product to qualify for return/refund. After the 10 days return period, any defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and the defective unit/piece will be replaced subject to warranty terms and conditions.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item, to obtain authorization and instructions for mailing. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Any shipping costs are not covered.
Warranty - Product purchased from 7summitz:
Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to any game Controllers’ hardware for a period of 6 month from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not include or cover the cost of postage.

If the manufacturer has determined that you have a defective product, email us at to obtain authorization and instructions for mailing prior to returning any item. Then, once we have received the defective part, replacement(s) will be shipped out.
