Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to any game Controllers’ hardware for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not include or cover the cost of postage.
Please contact support@bannco.com or support@tuact.com for warranty related support.
If the manufacturer has determined that you have a defective product, you will need to email us at service@7summitz.com to obtain authorization and instructions for mailing prior to returning any item. Then, once we have received the defective part, replacement(s) will be shipped out.
